Neogy® works with leading cell manufacturers to offer a range of electrochemical battery technologies, including Lithium-ion (Li-ion), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) and Sodium-ion (Na-ion). Depending on your application and its charging system, our engineers will select the most appropriate technology.

Every battery developed, regardless of its electrochemistry, requires a BMS (Battery Management Systems) to ensure optimal energy management and enhanced safety.

Thanks to our collaboration with BMS PowerSafe®, another subsidiary of the Startec Energy group®, Neogy® can guarantee a fully customized BMS and on-board software, perfectly adapted to each project.

Each battery is unique, the mechanical design considers the best arrangement of electrochemical cells, as well as thermal management, electronic management, mechanical and electronic interface with client systems up to the user interface.

Depending on your requirements, Neogy® offers different thermal management solutions, passive or active:

  • design of battery packs with passive cooling up to 2C continuous
  • design of battery packs with active cooling (air or liquid) up to 6C continuous
